Mike Liptak

Owner, CEO, and President of MPDL Associates. Mike was first introduced to the commercial roofing industry by his father, John Liptak, nearly 40 years ago. Throughout his time in the industry both in distribution and as a manufacturers rep, Mike has become an invaluable wealth of knowledge and expertise in commercial roofing systems and fostered relationships that go back decades.

Terri Liptak

Controller at MPDL Associates. Terri has been with MPDL Associates for ten years and is involved with all aspects of the business. Terri focuses on accounting, as well as customer sales support. Terri works closely with our manufacturers to make sure our customers purchasing experience, from the time the order is placed to the time of delivery, goes as seamless as possible.

John Liptak

Territory Sales Manager at MPDL Associates. John is the namesake of Mike’s father, and is now the third generation of Liptak’s to work in the commercial roofing industry. John joined MPDL Associates in 2025 and is committed to learning and growing in his role, and continuing to build the relationships that MPDL Associates has built through the years.

John is a graduate of the Maxwell School at Syracuse University where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and received a Minor Degree in Business from the Whitman School of Management.
